Located in Wisconsin's Bayfield County, just west of Washburn, Hoist Lake is a small body of water about 7 acres in size and surrounded by the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest. On this cloudy October day, the shoreline aspen, birch and maple made some great reflections on the calm waters.
