Natural Bridge (JM-12455)
This autumn view in Wisconsin's Natural Bridge State Park shows the natural arch that was missed by the glaciers that stopped just 12 miles away. This wind-carved formation, with an opening of 25 feet high and 35 feet wide is located in Sauk County in the southwestern corner of the Baraboo Hills. The area is mainly oak woods (including scattered sugar maple) with patches of dry prairie and open fields.
